First off, the service was great, answered all my questions, and felt really comfortable with my purchase, it hasn’t been 2 months since I bought a pair of boots from there, Tony Lama, roughly 230$ I spent, and they are already out of commission, about 3 weeks in I could tell feel my feet weren’t staying as dry as when I first purchased them, then about 5 weeks in the stitching started to come out and yesterday(pictures are of yesterday) I had to put them out of commission, very disappointed, should have stayed with Ariats, but u live and u learn, TONY LAMA BOOTS ARE GARBAGE!

Folks are a joke, white fella with all the tattoos was extremely rude, not helpful 1 bit. Walked off from me to find out about a particular boot and never came back. Very limited selection, piss poor boots

Asked if they can measure a young man's foot that I brought inside. Mgmt apologized and said we don't have anything to measure your foot, we take everything off of your tennis shoe size. Said to just make sure it's comfortable all around and that it's snug. My retort: that's common sense sir I was looking for a professionalism

We visited the Round Rock location and had THE best experience!!! Scott was absolutely amazing and his customer service was through the roof! Thank you, Scott, for your amazing hospitality!! It does not go unnoticed and it is not very often you see such wonderful customer service anymore.
