Someone needs to convince the owner that he needs to remodel and fix up this place, seriously. So sad that it is in High Point and could be packed by the Market but instead it was empty and for good reason. Holes in the walls are really bad and the floors are so bad. Don't expect much and make sure you have house slippers and not bare feet.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. The rooms looked so dirty. Cigarettes burns on the sheets. Stains on the wall. Tub was disgusting and moldy. Floors were dirty and sticky. Requested a non smoker room and when we went into the room it smell like an ash tray and marijuana. Had to go and sprayed perfume just to be able to get a few hours of sleep. Very loud and creepy location. People making noises outside. Everywhere else was booked and needed a place to stay overnight but honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there. Zero star ⭐️ if there was an option.

If you want cheap prices to stay here you go. If you want grungy here you go. Place I'm fairly sure wasn't cleaned before I checked in. Found money on a shelf only 40 cent. Try plugging in anything here. Doesn't work well. Would I stay again. Only if it's a must to have a roof over my head. I would still think rather be in a tent much cleaner

This motel is not in a good part of town. I would not stay here if I had a family with me. Although the room was somewhat renovated, it was still in poor shape. The door had been kicked in more than once and barely closed securely. Floors were grimy, bottom of my socks were black. Bath tub drained slowly, you ended up standing ankle deep. Toni at the front desk was fabulous and housekeeping cleaned when I needed it. Lots of after hours activity in parking lot and when the front lobby is locked at "dusk" that should be a warning to you. It was inexpensive, I paid senior rate of $51 per night.

They don't rent rooms by the hour
Total price, with tax & everything, I believe it's around $55 since it'll be 2 people in the room. They charge a little less if it's just 1 person. However, if 1 of the people in the room is 17 & under then they stay free, so then you'd only be charged for the adult.
Clean rooms nicest hotel in that area but not the best area
No weekly rates, priced by the day only
The 2-legged kind you'll see everywhere, as far as the bugs go tho, hadn't seen any but wouldn't exactly be shocked if & when I do.
Unless you're a drug addict, stay away from this place. It is full of drugs and transients.
