Love this venue- 2 bars on 2 floors, lots of space when the seats are away, comfortable seating when it's "open". Drinks are priced moderately. Staff is typically friendly, but this place books some incredible acts!! Many shows sell out quickly which is great for the musicians!! Sound is always great, too!!

The surrounding streets cost $1-$2 an hour to park. There is free parking a little farther away though

I saw Rocky Horror in May 2022 and cameras were allowed. It depends on the artist playing but I have been here a few times and cameras were always allowed.

Just watch out with any hotels over there. Before you get in Asbury there can be some iffy ones, in Asbury on the west side of tracks I'd stay away from. If you can afford east side of tracks that your best bet. Just make sure you do research. Where HOI is is beautiful, a few blocks away west and it hasn't caught up to that yet

I am not sure what a closet walkable hotel is. There aren't really any hotels that a walkable distance nearby. You would have the best luck looking to the southwest for hotels.
