Changes are horrible. Everything I loved is gone. What I chose was overcooked and dry Not fit to eat. The server that was waiting on us was crying because customers were upset with the food and taking it out on her. This was one of my favorite places to eat. Now I won't go back. They won't last long.

I would give them a zero if I could…. 4/4/22 between 4:45p and 5:15p, I ordered two Chipotle Shrimp Fresh Mex Bowls for pick up. Unfortunately, I didn’t check to see if the house made ranch dressing was included in the bag. When I arrived home, I saw that it was missing. Although I was doubtful, I called Chillies to ask if the dressing was already on the food or should it be separate. The male employee acted confuse with what I was asking, I repeated myself and he stated the dressing should be in separate containers. I told him that the the dressing was missing and we also didn’t receive utensils. He behaved confused again. Without any apology or concern, he asked if I wanted to comeback. I was sick of his attitude by that time and I asked to speak to a manager. He said, this is him”. I didn't want a free meal, I wanted them to know they need to do better and show proper customer service. Mistakes happen. They certainly didn’t mind accepting my tip. I advised him that I would call their customers service line. The so called manager hung up.

Sorry, but I don't work at Chili's. I was a customer.
I did that already and the manager was rude and brushed it off like it was nothing. So I ask for the information to contact district manager and the manager walked off like we were not standing there. So I'm going beyond the local store manger.
