I have no problem with the staff, I think they make you feel comfortable. I have 2 bulging discs in my lower back. The doctor referred me to the Anderson Radiology to get the mri for the update of the condition of my back. I have a fear being in the close small space. I think it is normal for many of us. The technician who was going to help me with mri had me try first to get in the mri scanner machine to see how I feel it. She placed me in it only for a few seconds, it gave me dizziness. I think I was just afraid of it. She told me it was the smaller one and the bigger was being occupied; She wanted to schedule me for the bigger one. However, the Lord Jesus who is my Savior placed in my heart to research a radiology where they offer open mri. Yes they have it in Greenville. It is a little far from Anderson but for me it is still worth it. Our body should not be in a stressful environment even a minute of it. Stress imbalances our hormones and causes many health problem. I wish Anderson Radiology would have open mri scanner. It will help patients make easier for them as they already undergo health problem.

My doctor sent script for mammogram. I called every week to see why I couldn't get an appointment. Each time I called I was getting the run around. I called again wanting to speak to a manager. The lady finally gave me an appointment and her answer was , " I was busy to follow up with you ". After I have been having problems with pain in my nipple. I have never been so hurt and frustrated I'm now praying I don't have anything major wrong. How could they treat a person in this manner.

The place was clean. The Receptionist was helpful at my check in. The Radiology department technicians were Awesome and friendly to me.

I was so nervous, about my breast biopsy. Dr. Adams and Paula was wonderful. Paula explained everything in full detail. I never felt any pain by Dr. Adams. Anderson Radiology is the best. I have never had a bad experience here.
