I mailed my daughter a box from Weaverville, NC to Anderson SC on 8/31/22. The box was opened up and birthday card stolen with money and other items. Mail fraud with carrier/ANDERSON office. The box was out for delivery the next morning 9/1 and was marked no one to sign for package and a note left for my daughter to pick it up the next day and she went to pick it up on 9/2 and no box nobody could find it. So was last seen with carrier of the 5500 block of Hwy. 187 Anderson, SC. I have made reports to the mail theft office and nothing being done because by 9/6 the box appeared back at post office and my daughter picked it up and it was torn open and 5 items gone and the rest thrown back in and scotch taped back up. GOD knows you did it and karma will come back on you one day. Customers BEWARE of mailing to this Anderson Post Office. As they are allowed to steal from customers.

This is a review of my mail carrier: LOW EFFORT. Low effort is the best way to sum it up. Packages are left out in the rain, outside my garage door so i can back into the package and crush it. They won't bring packages to the front porch like fed ex, ups, and amazon. Low effort. I can't depend on them to do the confirmed scheduled package pickups. I am supposed to be able to schedule a package pickup on the USPS app and have the carrier pick up packages from my front porch. This became so unreliable that I had to begin just taking them to the post office myself. Low effort. When i receive a piece of certified mail the carrier DOES NOT come to the door, they stick a "we missed you" note on the garage door in order to avoid coming to the front door and having the chance of human interaction to actually get a signature. Low effort. The other day we got a "we missed you" note simply put into our mailbox. The carrier never approached the house. Low effort. I have cameras at every corner of my house and the front door. I can prove the low effort.

Make sure you get a tracking number and package details. If the label is damaged or the package, it may be on hold. Also, contact USPS online and open a case for this so you can get help finding your package.

You be better off going down there and threaten them with the postmaster general

I do not think they have this service. UPS store can print one if it is emailed to them, or buy scanning a QR code.
Go to post office and get a change of address form. Simple to fill out. Leave in your box or drop it off in a mail box or post office.

You have to use the website (usps.com) to schedule an appointment to get a passport done at this office. We don't take walk-in appointments.
