Is there a time that is acceptable to call in to talk to a rep without an endless hold? I've been trying to get in touch with someone from this location all day- corporate office tried calling in twice on my behald and wasn't able to get through.

James, I just dropped a vehicle back there and they are very busy - it's a busy location in general, usually always a line. They are great in person if you call in. In my experience, any time is as good as any other.

They are good. My favorite actually. See Juan. But all are really helpful.

They're actually understaffed... I know this because I was recently transferred.... Wednesday's are slow days for the company, so you may have better odds then, or just try stopping by if you have the time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope it works out for you.
