Nope, two separated adventures!
No, Universal Islands of Adventure and Disney World Magic Kingdom are two different companies (and to some extent, direct competitors). You get the best value by purchasing a multi-day pass to Disney World's parks including MGM/Hollywood Studios. Universal is great, but the tickets are very pricey and buying an additional Express Pass is also pricey. Disney World is cheaper per day by far with a multi-day pass plus there are ways to get free Fast Passes every day. At Universal, we loved Harry Potter, Seuss Landing, the Simpsons Ride, etc. It was worth it for us, but the cost will prevent us from including it into future itineraries, especially with Pixarland and Star Wars land opening up at Disney.
