Disney own Marvel movie studios not all the Marvel universe licensing, im sure sooner or later they will but until then Island of Adventure is safe to keep what they have

Neither. Disney has the rights to Marvel for movies etc, but as part of the deal Universal still has rights to the rides/area of that park. I think Universal might have to pay licencing fees or something similar.
