No
You do not have to reserve to any of the universal parks
You make them when you buy the tickets. Disney wants you to do a bunch of extra stuff with the app before you actually get there
Yes for some of the main attractions, like Hagrid's Magical creatures in Hogwarts.
No! You don't need to make reservations
No not from my experience
It seems that you don't need to reserve anymore at Universal.
No Universal doesn't require reservations for any of their parks but Disney and SeaWorld do
No No appointment or mandatory use of mask is necessary
No but definitely get the fast pass or you will spend all of your time waiting in line
Supposedly you do. I did for islands of adventure. That's how they give you your ticket prices as well. Disney you have to have them as well.
Nope
As others have said, you do not need reservations, but the parks are packed! Lines are long just to get into City Walk, and it took over an hour for us to pick up our passes mid day at the park entrance. Attraction lines were generally long, and I never managed to get into the virtual line for Hagrid's.
There is one ride in Harry Potter that has a virtual line. They should make that idea disappear.
Not for universal studios and islands of adventure
yes
No reservation system at Universal Studios Orlando or Islands of Adventure.
No, but definitely use a fast pass otherwise you won't be able to ride all the rides.
No, but there is hatreds motorcycle rode where you virtually get in line by reserving off your phone once you enter the park. It opens at 9:30 when I went. Set an alarm and register that way
Went a few weeks ago and volcano bay was sold out. But when I asked about universal they said they haven't sold out in a while so we didn't have to worry about not getting in. Most of the ride lines were 30-60 minutes but like with all the lines they are definitely fast and don't feel as long of a wait because of the things along the wait.
You can download the universal studios app and purchase them there. Make sure if you are doing only one day to add the express lane tickets. You'll be able to get on more rides drive the lines are so long
Not for Universal or Islands
I would make a reservation, if they aren't to full capacity, then no. However it's an animal house when they open.
Not at Universal. However be prepared for large crowds because Disney does require reservations so everyone is going to universal
No but fast passes for sure
You don't have too.
No. As far as I know.. it is first come first serve. Check for resos on individual rides asap to get ahead.
Some rides you have to do virtual line. Virtual line
No only Disney
No, just book on line and go
It is best to do so but no you don't have to!
You do not
No you don't have to, but get online ticket and save 2 hours for tickets in line
No reservations
No longer required
No you can get tickets there
No. But its clearly better to purchase your tickets advance.
No reservations but you must purchase the park day you want to visit so technically it's a reservation.
Reservations are not required for either of the Universal parks.
No but I'm glad we bought our tickets in advance. The line to purchase tickets was very long and crowded.
No but makes it fast if you do
No, not anymore But be aware to have the app and if going to the Island of Adventure side try the online queue for HAGRID don't miss it for nothing in the world.
This is not Disney no you do not have to make reservations
No need for reservation.
You don't have to but we did! I suggest you do as well, so much faster at the park entrance & if visiting the 2 parks thru the Harry Potter train. They just scan your phone, it's ideal 👌
Not that I can tell. It would be better to have tickets ready so that you don't have to wait in line at the ticket booth but they have ticket booth's open before same day buying
Yes, Disney isn't at full capacity yet. Universal didn't seem as they were too worried about max people.
