Ask for her to stop so you can go to the restroom. Hopefully, you attend to that issue before the massage.

As was mentioned in the previous comment, if you need to use the restroom during your session, please let your therapist know so they can stop and you can use the restroom. It is advisable to arrive a few minutes early to your session so that you can have time to use the restroom prior to the start of your session. However, no one can predict when the urge will present itself, so rather than you laying on the table stressing to the end of your session about whether you’ll make it to the end of your session and working against the benefits of your massage, please say something to your therapist. A robe is available in the room at Graceful Touch Massage Therapy for you to quickly put on when the therapist steps out of the room so that you can run to the restroom and get back on the table in a few minutes to continue your session. Your comfort is the highest priority during your massage session so it’s very much appreciated when you let your therapist know of the need for the restroom.
