Ordered ice second week of June for weekly deliveries to last the entire summer of 2019. Spoke to the owner and was assured that they would supply ice. Truck showed up today Aug 29th. 3 months late. After 68 trips to Walmart carrying 10 25lb everyday. I feel a bit fitter. Thank you for the free workout.

Have witnessed two occasions that their delivery driver's were quite rude. I understand their job is hard work. I delivered beer for year's. But, you chose to take this job, knew it wasn't always easy. Either put a smile on your face and do your job, or find another. People will always be in your way, store worker's are always going to be busy, and your day's long.... Deal with it ... Businesses like this need to realize, the delivery worker's are your last effort for customer service. They can make or break your business.

I called to kindly ask for size the 10 lb. ice block, a fairly simple question. The man was very rude and responded loudly "it's 10 lbs." asked again and he hung up on me. I thought he just doesn't like my voice and asked the wife to stop by their location to see it in person. She got to see and got what we needed but the man was very rude to her as well. We will try our best to not do business with them.
