How early can you check in?

If you check in before your room is ready, they will keep your bags for you (but you won't really be able to access them, so have a day bag ready). They have showers / changing rooms for you to use as well. They are very accommodating.

Check in 4pm. Check out 11 am

We checked in at 1pm. If you get there early they will give you access to the pools and send you a text when your room is ready.
