Once inside the park just find a spot with an umbrella and make camp. There is no booking system for umbrellas.
Just arrive early you will be fine.

Or just find an umbrella as you go. We rented the lockerss for 10$ and put our important things in there like phones etc. And carried our towels for our little ones. We just found umbrellas and seats as we went throughout the park with no problems.
