Yes....you can have guests visit, but they're not allowed to stay with you. Visiting hours are over at 10pm I believe and visitors must sign in at front office.

There aren't your typical guest rooms. Each family that stays at GKTW has their own house to stay in. If you're not a family staying at GKTW but want to visit a family that is staying there you are welcome to visit them, but will need their information upon entering.
