((0 STARS IF I COULD)) If your looking to be treated fair and make decent pay for hard work , DO NOT I repeat DO NOT APPLY for jr Davis!!! They are ran by a bunch of racist, unfair , and uncaring foremen and supervisors. I worked there for 2 months breaking my back and working 10 hours days trying to solidify a good position for myself and even made lead on my crew to only be fired LITERALLY for nothing at all! The excuse they gave me was , my name came up on a paper and was told they had to fire me.?!? I went next day to Human Resources to see why I had been fired and all they noted in their system was that I wasn’t up to par. I don’t understand, if I just made lead how am I not up to par??? Somebody must of been upset that I was working harder then the next man and didn’t want to see a LATINO show them up or something because IM A VERY HARD WORKER for mines...You guys lost a hard working , very dependable and honest person when you fired me...

If you are intelligible, motivated, are accountable, company oriented, and have a strong work ethic you will go far in this company. It may take a couple years to prove yourself, but they would rather promote from in house than take a risk on someone they don't know. Though if you cause more problems and drama than what you're worth they will demote you even if you start at a higher position. You get what you earn here. They are not prejudice here, they simply want the most productive and efficient person in every position.
