This experience was only good due to the installation Manager Pat. There were constant issues with the installation of a new head unit in my Mercedes’. Pat was able to figure out the issues and took care of it. The management and sales team made substantial mistakes with pricing and service scheduling throughout the process. However once I began communicating directly with Pat, all issues were resolved!
