Nelson at this location saved my bacon after Office Depot sat on my order for 3 days before telling me they couldn't fulfill it. By that time I was approaching my deadline and he was able to take the time to help me get my large custom print job completed. So kind, patient, and helpful, I honestly thought I was gonna cry from relief. I will say with the staffing shortage wait times can be on the longer side with many customers coming in. Not a problem if you have the time/patience, you will get the assistance you need, but it may take some time.
