The manager there is not knowledgeable. He is very nasty. Try to avoid this place if you can!!!! Dropped off two packages here almost 1 week ago and tracking shows it was never received by this location.

They require us to print our own return labels for Amazon. The customer does not need to print a label for a return. 0 Stars. Avoid!! Go to another UPS Store. Edit: I went to the other UPS Store (3321 S Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL) and received no problems with my Amazon return. I did not need to print a label. This review stands. There should be an option to give 0 stars. The owner is rude and so unhelpful. This was my second time using them and I knew the first time I shouldn’t have returned. Next time I will drive out of my way to go to the Hunters Creek location. And to top it off, the store has a horrible stench.

The owner of the store is rude and dismissive. I tried returning something that UPS was supposed to pack and send for me but the first day I went he scans the QR code and tells me that I need to pack it myself in a box. He showed me the screen and the QR code went through and I figured the email sent to me was wrong when it said UPS would pack the item for me. I come back the next day with the item packaged and he said the QR code no longer works because he had already scanned it. Why couldn't he have told me the QR code wouldn't work because he scanned it already? It's fine if this was an honest mistake and if I was treated kindly when I asked questions, but to have my time wasted twice (I work 8-7 weekdays and travel on weekends so I used my lunch break to be able to return the item) is frustrating. Especially since this is the only UPS store in the area. I messaged the company the item came from and they confirmed that UPS should've packaged my order in the first place and that the QR code didn't work because he marked it as returned.
