I live in Stonegate and I like it, except they go up on the lot rent every year and do nothing to improve the looks of the grounds. The roads need repaying, and do enforce the rules very well

"Bustling activities"? What a joke. There are no amenities or activities here. ELS invests no money in the community no improvements, not even minimal improvements or basic maintenance. We have a community "agreement" but they do not uphold their part and in most cases, they do not enforce even the basic rules of the "agreement". They care nothing about other than making money and it never benefits the community.

Maintenance in park is terrible, office is overboard in constant reminder to residents about the park rules while they don't even follow their own rules themselves. Their attitude has much room for improvement.
