My daughter is a patient there, the Dr is awesome, but what has me , do you guys check before scheduling a surgery at a certain hospital to make sure the patients insurance is covered there? Or do you just want the patient to pay out the nose for everything? Find out the day before her surgery the St. cloud hospital doesn't take her insurance! Who dropped the ball? I guess the patient did , because I guess we are supposed to say wait a minute my insurance isn't covered there! She has taken a leave of absence from work for this and on top of it the lady scheduling takes forever to contacts patients back!
