If my lease term will be anything like what I've experienced after application approval, It's likely I'll need to continue my search for housing needs in the area. Initially, I questioned the low occupancy of these beautiful townhome rentals and filed this concern away after comparing the overall cost of living specific to this area and concluding that Preserve at Autumn Ridge offers rents that trend well above competent area offerings. However, in the last 72+ hours since approval, each promise for action has gone unfulfilled. When I was supposed to receive a call back the next morning to validate the lease, Instead, late in the afternoon, I had to call and inquire/initiate dialogue regarding moving forward with next steps in the leasing process. During that call, leasing staff quoted a welcome letter and lease available for signing for the next Morning. Well, the next day came and went without further response. Here we are on day 4 and after calling this morning to follow up on settling move-in costs, I was met with attitude "I told you yesterday that we will charge the card you have on file" which never happened in our brief discussion and "You should receive your lease and welcome letter this afternoon" ????? This has become a really odd process. We're moving in from several states away and would love to have the i's dotted and t's crossed well before arriving. My ideas are : 1. The lax response in acquiring a lease signing is foreboding. 2. There is no manager on duty and leasing staff are overwhelmed. 3. Leasing staff have poor management/internal issues that are hard to overcome in their positions which reflects in communication and/or lack thereof. Such a shame as these units are beautiful and a seamless leasing process (after having read a really nice and recent review up against several one star reviews) would've really boosted my faith in moving here.

Look some place else. They are way over priced. They don't come fix things right away. I called because the carpet downstairs started fraying. They took 3 months to come look at it then when they finally came to see about it I was told they could not do anything. Low and behold I move out and get charged $1,800 to replace the carpet in the entire house. When I tried to call 30 days after I moved my calls would not go through. Apparently you get blocked bc they don't deal with none tenants. After 30 whatever they say goes to a collection agency. It was hell not worth it.

I love my community. Maintenance guys are super friendly and efficient. The girls in the office are attentive and the property manager is dedicated. The pool is clean and rarely crowded. Gym is clean, a little small, but is there anytime we wanna work on our fitness. We do have some classless residents that don't clean up after their pets ( doggie parks are fun ) and drive like maniacs when the speed limit is 15mph. Playgrounds are nice, however some shade would be nice. Packages sometimes get lost because the mailman is a little arrogant and unfriendly. Porches are fun to decorate and we have fun in our semi fenced back porch. You are gonna love it here!!

Astrid If you can't be helpful, why answer? You go to the website and click something called 'residents ' then apply. All you have to do is look around. If anything else, call them and they can walk you through it
