One of the worst place I've ever lived. The rooms are cold in the winter, the leasing office staff was incredibly rude (her name was Katie), parking was bad, but worst of all was how they did me dirty when the military orders took me to Georgia after three month after we moved in. Knowing the leasing terms I did not expect my direct deposit back, I knew that was lost, but what I didnt expect was them turning around and charging me for new carpet and all new paint for the apartments. That's after three months of us living there. The apartment was spotless when we left but it was my mistake for not making a copy of the final walkthrough. They contacted me and said that I owed them thousands, I refused to pay, they took me to collections, I went to JAG, then I had to deploy and decided it would be easier to just pay them. I still think they're a bunch of crooks for doing what they did and how they did it. If you're in the military, do not live in this apartment complex. There are better options out there.

I see there are many poor reviews of this place. It is rare, for me, to find a home that is ideal, perhaps until the time comes when I am no longer a renter. I believe the Company that built these apartments took shortcuts that, unfortunately, make a absolutely beautiful apartment less than. The pros..gorgeous setting..the most beautiful sunsets..its quiet * outside..the management helps in every way possible, limited only by their own rules. Maintainence has improved 100 percent since I first moved in, 3 years ago. The cost of utilities is fantastic..the cheapest I have ever experienced..and it includes Central Air!! There are laundry facilities on site, or hookups in each apartment for those who desire. The trash is included and it is conveniently located behind each building. The community center is wonderful..accessible after hours to work out, use computer and printer, or simply gather with friends. It is extremely close to all stores..I am.still here, after 3 years because I dont have to worry about such things as bug infestations or violence or improperly working smoke detectors. If you have children, the bus picks them up either in front of building or at top of small hill. Now for the cons..Paper thin walls is no exaggeration. My worst experience is smelling the stench of my neighbors bathroom when mine is nice and clean!! You do hear Everything. All walking sounds like bowling, a small price to pay when renting. Every now and then you come across someone who is rude, or itching for a fight. Only one lady in 4 years is all I have seen, and that is great. Sometimes, you smell unusual things. Pretty tame living. Overall, people are friendly and courteous. I can attest that property manager Cheryl goes above and beyond, and maintainence is friendly and efficient. There are also garages available for those who need xtra room.

Depends on you, honestly. Some of the downsides to having young children and apts is that you can hear what goes on. I dont mind children, bc i love kids and understand they make noise, but ive also experienced neighbors who knock on ceilings. They do have a Wonderful outdoor area, including playground and basketball yard, as well.as great walking and playing yard. The central air is qn added bonus and the apt are very roomy.

I was wondering if you take hud

If by HUD you mean Section 8, yes they do. There are multiple qualifying factors, though.
