If your looking for an amazing bike shop where you get real customer service then this is the place to go! Aaron and his staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel stupid asking a question and they are always happy to answer everything (and more). I would trust no one else with fixing or tuning my bikes!

This shop mishandles bikes and mistreats customers. Several bike I know were taken there and came back in worse condition than they left. Absolutely terrible service. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

hands down worst experience I've had so far with any type of service or shop. I went in for a basic tune up, my rear wheel was a little out of alignment so I wanted that to be addressed. Additionally, I went in to have my tires swapped from tubed to tubeless. Long story short, I ended up with a bike that has a gash in the rear tire wall (probably a inexperienced tech that put to much air in it attempting to seat the bead), the owner of the shop wanting to charge me for a replacement tire even though it popped at their shop under their care, and none of the services were actually done (Brake pads untouched, wheel still not trued, and dust/tire sealant all over my rims). Didn't feel like I mattered as a customer and quantity over quality certainly seems to be the priority at this shop. Bike was sitting in the shop for 3 weeks, I was called to pick it up, and the day after when I did go to pick it up that's when they informed me. Waste of my time and money. I will be taking my bike to Kingston for any further services. Please stay away. BUYER BEWARE

Hi Toni. Several factors determine price however, tires can run as low as $16. It depends on size, tread style, road, fitness, Mtn bike tires, etc. Give us a call and we can help find the right size, style and price range that best suits your needs.

The cost for the Option 2 is $80 and right now we are running a 10% off Special. Or if you prefer, you can bring your bike in and we can provide you with a free estimate to see what exactly you need done and then you can decide what is best for you and your budget.
We are open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We work along with Synchrony Sport. There is an application to complete and they provide an answer within 5 minutes.
