My 18 year old daughter is looking for safe ,walkable accommodation near give kids the world. Any ideas would be most helpful. It needs to be a place safe for her to walk alone.

The entire community is gated, traffic is limited and there are staff doing their tasks running around in golf carts. So, the area is safe to walk, while the staff aren't supervising they can respond to emergencies or let you do whatever you enjoy doing. The roads are level and in good shape. So, the community itself is a fairly comfortable place to get some exercise.
