I'm 39 weeks pregnant I'm pre-registered at Winnie Palmer Hospital I have a birth certificate I know my social security number but I don't have a social security card or an ID, will I still be allowed to give birth here?

Yes, you're pre-register. All the main questions are done at preregistration that way you don't have too worry about anything when giving birth. You will be in good hands!.
