It has a reputation for being a world class facility. It has the largest NICU under one roof in the us so if something goes wrong this is the place to be. Babies get transferred here from other facilities because of its abilities to care for all levels of risk.

I delivered April 20, 2017 with my first. The staff was attentive to my needs and was informative of what was happening. However, keep in mind everyone has different experiences. Even though I had tons of complications, I felt the staff had a great understanding of what to do. Don't rely too much on the orientation they have. I didn't experience much of that. The meals are amazing. The nurses (for the most part) are sweet and caring. In general, I would research the process of delivery so you have a general understanding as for what is going on. This hospital, in my opinion, contributed to the great experience I had delivering. I highly recommend. :)

This is the best place. The staff nurses managers and every employee go above to serve you and make you feel like family plus the knowledge and care is excellent.
