We appreciate the treatment of all staff, including the nursing staff, Claudia, Cindy, Modesta , Amanda, Juana (RHIA)and Case Managua Nicole Taiwo to name a few, but there are many more, going the extra miles and taking care of you as if you were a family member , MD Ayadi , thank youfor excellent job, respiratory theraphy staff, My Dad is now better and ready to go home.

They Took really good care of my grandma in her last days. The staff is very helpful. Great communication. Always had someone near if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn’t of chosen a better place. Thank you all dearly.

Terrible place. Stay away. My mother was there only 5 days and in that time her health declined so rapidly that she died and had to be resuscitated. Misdiagnosed her, changed her prescriptions, gave her a drug that reacted to another one she was already on (and was specifically told not to give her), were physically and mentally abusive, screamed at her to speak up and said wouldn't help her until she told them verbally what she wanted. SHE COULD NOT SPEAK due to tracheostomy so used texting. They ignored her call light constantly, left her sitting in urine soaked bedding for hours, had her trach suctioning settings so high it damaged her lungs. So many more things, can't list all. not once did we see a doctor. Refused to transfer her. Had to call ambulance and the police to get my mother out of there before they killed her. Took her to ORMC where they stabilized her. They were in shock how badly she declined and were appalled they refused a transfer.
