You drop your animal off at 7am. Yoh will pick them up at 5. If your animal has surgery earlier in the day, they will call you & tell you what time to pick them up. They always call you after surgery.

You will need to take him to the Norwood Avenue location. Cassat doesn't neuter pets unless it's done along with another surgery. But at Norwood you have to make an appointment and drop off before 7 or 8 in the morning and they will be ready around 3 or later in the day according to the size of the animal. Cats and smaller dogs get released earlier than larger dogs
