If it's something that needs a prescription, no. You'll have to take the kitten in for an evaluation. There are many common eye issues in kittens. Some can resolve on their own, but not always and it's recommended and probably best to seek medical advise to get a definitive diagnosis. FCNMHP is very reasonable for an office visit and their prescription prices aren't unreasonable either. They'll take very good care of your fur baby. I don't use any other vet.
