Have been trying for weeks to place pick up order. Cannot get through. Always states try again tomorrow. Why is it that I can get a deliver date but not a pick up date?

This has been a problem for me as well. I try to order all throughout the day and night and have not been successful. It is hard for me to believe that they are even taking orders for pickup or booked at all. I haven't had this problem with no other store. Only IKEA.

Due to technical issues and/or lack of proper information being made available, this is a problem for the majority of their US stores. I spoke to a customer service rep and this is what I was told. It would probably be best to visit the store if the one near you is available.

I am having the same issue. Delivery is available in my area, but will cost $99! I went to the store, but it was over an hour long wait just to get in the store. This is ridiculous and they really should find a way to resolve this issue. It shouldn't feel like you've won the lottery just to be able to do curb side pick up!

I am SO frustrated with Ikea. I placed an order for delivery on May 16 (for a $50 delivery fee when I live 10 mins from the Burbank store!?!,) and had to wait for the first available delivery until today, June 23. I just got an email today saying the delivery has been delayed until JULY 22. I wasted so much time, and now I'm cancelling my order. You can never get a pick up window and delivery takes forever. I don't feel comfortable shopping in store yet, and I hear there's a long wait to get in. Why can't they get it together?! Super annoying.

I just got off the phone with Ikea. The woman said yes, it's really a mess right now, but they're working on it to add more pickup windows. She said in the meanwhile, try putting in your order between 5am and 6am. There should be windows available then.
