Their free birthday dozen doesn't always work when trying to scan my app but its always tasty! But I wish when the hot light is on you actually get the hot dozen not the leftovers. They usually have a deal going like buy dozen get one free. I had ordered a strawberry chiller and a strawberry and cream chiller but they didn't have the cream one so I didn't get to try it instead I got a caramel frappe

Why do I tell you this? Because you can witness, first hand, the magnificent way they are made as you stand and watch. Yep! Parking is available but can get crowded. be patient and get a dozen.... at least! Thanks.

Love the donut! They have a new promotion. Double 12 original glazed donuts for $12. It is like buy one box and get one box for free. Good until Jan 2. I got mine today. So happy! Yummy!!

They don't deliver. You have to drive to Burbank, about 25 minutes away from Valencia.

They deliver through various delivery services. But make sure you deliver before their dining room closes, because they are expecting us delivery people to wait an hour in the drive thru line and we dont get paid for that so we'll cancel. They used to let us pick up at the side door and they'd hand it to us but stopped for some reason 🤷♀️
