You can not order online and have delivered. You have to order in store and then arrange delivery. That is what I was told in store and you can not buy what is not in stock. A var y backward's way of doing things
Some particular items that they have in stock at this burbank location, according to their website, they won't deliver though.. i had the same problem and had to go to the store
