I placed an order at this location in store for a iPad Air 10.9 it was supposed to be delivered to my porch it never arrived so now I have a stolen item on the loose this company plays with customers money I demand a full refund this is ridiculous I spend almost a thousand I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down like fry’s electronics these people don’t care about the customers at all it’s insane I want a full refund on my order ASAP!!!! when you call customer service and explain the issue they automatically file a claim to further investigate the issue but do they really no my package got stolen now my money is gone I will never purchase from here I only want my money back. I would give this zero stars.

Needed a new phone and Best Buy had the best price for the one I was looking for. Used to go here all the time at the height of DVD sales but as home media fell off so did my visits. Admire that they have been able to survive in an increasingly difficult retail landscape. My experience here was adequate as I got my phone and was able to port over my number. Salesman didn't try pushing the Best Buy warranty and programs which was welcome. There was an annoying customer who kept pestering my salesman about finding a stupid case for his Pixel phone while I was being helped. Not the fault of Best Buy but I do feel that they attract clueless customers who don't know how to use the internet to get information on products or order something as basic as a phone case. I could just feel the weariness of the salesperson trying to direct the customer over to the phone case area while trying to setup my phone. In my time there there was another guy lost and confused looking for an IPhone case driving yet another salesperson nuts and another guy questioning the specs of budget phones. Again, my guy got the job done but working here feels so depressing.

Customer service is to be desired. Not having much stock either. They offer to order it online, and their price is 15-20% higher. If I am going to wait for online delivery, why would I pay 200 bucks more?!?! I'll just buy it from Amazon and have it in 2 days instead of waiting a week and save some money.

I found the battery I was looking for here and the employee were pretty helpful. I came to this Best Buy location after checking on their website that they had the battery I wanted in stock. I tried another Best Buy location and they didn't have it. The parking at this Best Buy is great, alot of spaces and roomy. I wore my mask inside and it looked like everyone wore theirs as well. I asked an employee working the camera area where the battery location was and he directed me to the tablet area. I was able to find the battery I wanted and was out within like 3 minutes.

So-so. The usual check-out plexiglass is posted. That's about it. It's an electronics store where people touch everything. But that shouldn't keep you from going. This will all be over soon.
