Why can't we pick up at this Ikea? It said that the Click&Collect service is available at this location, but we can't get on. They need to start accepting the orders and then confirm with us the time later when our queue is up.

They dont offer click and collect. They lied. You have to go in a really long line to get in and buy the item there. Or they can deliver it to your house but they charge $50 shipping, which is not worth it if you’re just buying a small furniture or something.
