Yes they do have vegetarian meals, I don't know about salt free but I am sure if you call and ask they will let you know if they can accommodate

They do have vegetarian options. I'm not sure about salt-free but they do have reduced salt sauces. I've never seen them add salt while cooking, it's already in the sauces.
