I went to tour the apartment and Elexus was an absolute pleasure! She was incredibly sweet and welcoming and brought the place to life! i really anted to live their but ended up having to rent somewhere closer to school. Even though I didn't move in I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because of her :)

I have been living here for 3 years and anytime I need anything they have taken care of it immediately. My washer broke and they replaced it the next day. My air conditioner went out they were there in 15 minutes and fixed it. The managment and workers are friendly and nice. I have nothing but good things to say about living here.

As over priced as you can get specially when they never fix anything broken. No maintenance even working supposedly as of right now according to the office so people have dishwashers that are broke sitting full of water, broken water heaters, other appliances and its always nice to take a bath in your tub with floating paint chips bc the paint is constantly peeling off. Do not recommend living here at all!!! Waste of $1700/mo.

Yes. Units upstairs facing the mountain get a spectacular sunset. When you pull out to the main road you see the Phoenix sign. The view at the pool includes a waterfall. And there are lit palm trees everywhere. And green grass with walkways and flowering bushes.
No. The base rent is just rent. Then they add depending on which apartment you get they add on 2% tax plus about an extra $50-70 for utilities. Electric is billed directly to you.
