Ever since cal am bought the property nobody works here. Office empty for hours everyday during “operation”. Quiet hours don’t apply to landscaping crew, leaf blowers and bush trimmers at 7am. Any apartment on the east side of the complex is blasted by kids screaming all day at the school next door. Rent has gone up 50-60 percent in the 6 years I have lived here with honestly no improvements whatsoever. Significant bird problem with all the old trees on property and not enough garage spaces to accommodate all residents. 3 or 4 garages taken by maintenance in a prime location. I’d say rent here if it was 2016-17 when the park owners were more hands on and present but not today as cal am is unable to provide the same quality of living as was once available here. Going on 7 years at this complex and I’m confident saying Cal-am is a cancer that will ruin a complex and gouge residents for every dollar along the way. Katie who works in the office is an all-star without her I am unsure if this complex would survive.
