1st, thank you for choosing to spay your pet. You are improving the health of your cat and helping by not adding to the homeless pet problem. BARCS does not do spay/neuter surgery for outside animals - only for the animals at BARCS before they are sent home. This procedure is included with the adoption fee. However, there should be a list on the website or if you call, of local clinics that provide spay/neuter surgery at low cost.
