No it doesn't include only Baltimore city, cause their main focus is getting them animals a home. I hope that you are able to get one. Good luck
Roy, but can someone from the county bring in a stray. Someone told me they only take animals from Baltimore City and that was not my understanding.
It extended into the counties. You can live anywhere and adopt.
