Correct, you can drop animal off at BARCS during regular business hours OR call 311 if animal is contained. Animal Control will pickup but b/c they are very extremely busy with calls, it could take some time. If animal is in danger (out in cold, no food/water, abandoned, etc...) please state that when you call 311 so it is a priority. Thanks for looking after that animal ♡
You are able to drop the dog off at BARCS. I think, but am not sure, if you call 311, they may schedule a pick up with animal control.
