Are you an adopter or a shelter looking to place elsewhere? I'm pretty sure they dont take drop-offs from just anybody, if at all.

Not sure. You can give them a call. Do you want to give the animals to the rescue kennel? I know they get a lot of their dogs from West Virginia but I'm not sure how they are transported.
