I was very disappointed in Kohls the one set of registers was not open at all and there was a line of at lest 12 people at the other ones

Yes, they have an Amazon returns desk. When you go in, turn left, then turn right before you walk into the men's clothes, & it'll be on your left.

As far as I know, yes. The changing rooms are indeed currently closed due to the epidemic, and any shoes that have been returned are held for a couple days before they return to the floor (as a safety measure).

I purchased items in the store at Long Gate earlier this week and when I got home I had a flier in the mail effective the 13th with a 30% coupon. Can I take the sales receipt back to the store and get the discount? Some items are now on sale also.
