Also could we bring our electric golfcart as my husband is disabled and we can't walk very far,, would love to fish?

Go to the pine island marina or the fishing pier at the North end of pine island. Alot depends on where you want to stay (St James city or Bokella)

The dirt roads can be a little rough sometime. The park is operated by Brevard county Park and recreation. You might want to to call them.
