Is there a helicopter tour from the North Rim?

No. Olny from the south rim. But they fly over the North Rim.

I know if you are planning one there's a couple in Vegas that do helicopter tours I would inquire with them also

No there is not. It's way less visited than the South rim.

I don't recall seeing one, but we were not looking for it. There's a Park information office you can call.
