Before exploring Grand Teton and the Jackson Hole area, this is a must visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just tell them what you would like to do, and they will drop tons of thoughtful advice on where to go and what to see. Inside they have a mini museum that is worth checking out, and the second level has an observation deck with an outstanding view. Located just at the edge of downtown, traffic here is light and easy to get in and out of.

Definitely go in and take a look. Awesome art, displays and views off the building. There were ladies outside giving away maps and Info. along with face masks. They gave us Bear spray that someone had turned in that they would have to dispose of anyway that saved us $45. Thank you ladies for that. We didn't need to use it, thank goodness!

How far is Teton village from Jackson?

Teton Village is about a 20 minute drive from the Town Square of Jackson (~12 miles).

Am I right in thinking there are a lot of fish in the creek at Rustic Inn at present. I am watching the you tube webcam whilst in lockdown in England. Thank you

A select few maps and publications are available at a self-serving kiosk. There are no staff onsite.

My friend & I are seniors. she has trouble walking long distances. We want to visit Jackson Hole in mid Sept. in 2020. What are some things we can do & visit?

All shop's and restaurants are very close to each other. The town is fairly small. My mom has a very hard time walking also. And she loves going there because everything is so close.

Hi, We are arriving on 4/14/19 and just realize that South Entrance of Yellowstone is still close. Is the road open for us to drive to the Gardiner Mt entrance from Jackson Hole. Thank you

Our bnb were around 1 hour drive from west Yellowstone gate. I would suggest you to get something closer as travel time will be saved. If you still want to know i can mail/message you what we booked.
