On Sunday they only serve breakfast. We had the grits. They were rather tasteless. They obviously weren't boiled in salted water. The corned beef hash was very average. The eggs were rubbery and the hash was served on well browned potatoes giving it an odd crunch. My wife had an omelet with spinach, feta, and mushrooms. She said it was very good.

Food was great! Fast service! Pancakes were huge, light and fluffy. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Ate breakfast twice last week and had the best service in a long time! Quick, friendly, professional, and just a perfect start to the day. The food is excellent. Prepared just right. The hash browns were perfect. Fluffy AND browned and not greasy. Great bacon and a tasty multi-grain toast. Place was about 3/4 full so not really testing the crew. Best real breakfast in Jackson!

Flavor approved! Excellent breakfast at Virginian. I got the corned beef hash with jalapeño w a side of homemade salsa! They use real jalapeño so if you're not afraid of a little heat do it! 10/10
