None of the appliances were plugged in so we didnt have a cold fridge and the bathroom wasn't clean.

Horrible – Look elsewhere Directly booked a queen room 4 months in advance for $350/night. The room was dank, dated, and dirty. - Ratty chairs which you don’t ever want to sit on (see pic) - Horrible view from window of dumpsters and morning dump truck run (see pic) - Dirty towels from previous occupants left on bathroom door - No side table by the bed to put phone, glasses, clock, etc - No daily service even though the front desk said there was - No hotel hospitality, no ‘Thank You’ or ‘How was your stay’ We asked to change our room for our 2nd night as upgraded balcony rooms were available and ‘on sale’ for less than what we paid on their website (I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a better room). Desk person took our phone number; said he would check with the manager and get back to us for sure. Heard nothing back. Don’t let this hotel ruin your Jackson Hole vacation.

Nothing can beat the location of this hotel. Very comfortable room. Great amenities..microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket. Nice clean bathroom. And very nice and hospitable staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We stayed here on one of the busiest weekends when leaves are changing in October. Front desk manager Evan was very helpful in expediting our check-in and making some dinner reservations when he heard we were running late. Our room was one of their large studio units that had a kitchenette, living room with fireplace and even a huge balcony with sunset views. It was definitely Worth the price and we would come back again.
