I changed my original review that wasn't very positive due to the excellent customer service Erving provided to me and my family. All unhappy customers want is understanding and not excuses as to why things are happening that a guest is upset about. He went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you very much for reaching out and acknowledging me. He shows what true customer service is. You deserve a good review for your actions. Take care! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the room was awesome for my family of 6! Thanks again.

One of the nicer Spring Hill Suites I've been to. Yes, they all have the same room plan, but this one had a really nice lobby and nice staff. Also, I really loved the warm outdoor pool and hot tub. Nice to have it outside in this town. Will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Jackson. Alyssa, the front desk manager, was so welcoming, as was all other front desk assistants that we encountered! We typically have great stays at Marriotts, and this one was nothing less. The room was clean, the hot tub in the evenings was wonderful, the breakfast had something for everyone, and the climate controlled underground parking was a great plus! We had two days of snow during our April visit and never had to scrape our windshield! We can't wait to visit again.

Overall Comment: Room was comfortable, clean, recently updated; bathroom in particular with its large walk-in shower. Tea Tree hair care and body wash products were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was awesome…everything you could want, and regularly refilled. Great location, right in downtown within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Underground parking was convenient and much appreciated, especially in the cold weather…the car was never cold! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
