If you have Medicaid/Medicare, the sales associates won’t treat you well. They will treat you as an inconvenience. At one point (after looking at the glasses for about an hour) I tried to photograph a frame to ask my mom what she thought—only to have them snatched right out of my hands. The sales guy told me they don’t allow pictures “if you’re just going to buy them somewhere else.” Extremely classist/ableist behavior. A Caucasian man looking at designer glasses was offered a tray to use while browsing. Meanwhile I received dirty looks, sighs/scoffs if I asked for assistance, and half-hearted attempts to find a pair of glasses that I like. I am unsure if they are racist, ableist, or both; regardless, they are clearly not afraid of the legal repercussions of discrimination. All the while, the sales associates gloated about their commission sales and how expensive the glasses they sold are. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because their optometrist is brilliant. She is kind, thoughtful, and takes the time necessary to address your eye or vision concerns. I honestly hope she finds a better job at a place that values every customer the way she does.

My boyfriend was in the hospital and unfortunately he lost his glasses. He has a very high eye prescription his eyes are horrible! I called around and everyone told me 2-3 weeks and when I called these guys they said they can do it within an hour. I went in that same day with his prescription and they got it done within 45 minutes and got a great deal. Shout out to them for saving the day with such short notice. I highly recommend this place! The staff could not have been more helpful in every phase of my experience.
